Before I became a Salesforce professional, I had a career in High-Technology Sales and Customer Success.  I worked in Silicon Valley California in the start-up culture where things moved very fast. 

Many of the companies I worked with used Salesforce to manage Leads and Contacts, but only one of them had a Salesforce Admin on staff.  The others winged it, and it wasn't uncommon for multple people with no training to have access to Setup.  The result was no design or poor design, and orgs filled with bad data and tons of duplicates. 

There was no ROI! 

It was all cost! Not to mention a lack of an actionable data .

I saw the need for the services that I provide for companies that don't yet have the budget to hire somone full time, to managed their Salesforce Org.  Since then, I have worked in a number of industries, company sizes, and managed the development of a number of custom projects.
